February 17, 2010 – American Red Cross Bay Area Chapter volunteers are responding to this morning’s deadly small airplane crash in East Palo Alto. Red Cross volunteers have been on-site providing food, shelter, information and emotional support services for the families affected by the crash and are offering emotional support services to the families of those killed in the crash.
The Red Cross will work with any families who are unable to return to their homes permanently, providing them with emergency housing and support through their recovery from the crash.
Any residents affected by the crash may contact 1-888-4-HELP-BAY (1-888-443-5722) for assistance.
All Red Cross disaster assistance is free, made possible by the donations of time and money by people in the Bay Area.
